Supervised 24 precast residential buildings (G+7). Coordinated wall panels, hollow-core slabs, beams, columns and staircases; reviewed shop drawings and RFIs; monitored site resources, inspections and progress through completion.
Supported residential structural works from foundations to roof level. Supervised reinforcement, formwork and concrete placement, assisted with quantity take-offs and material tracking, and coordinated daily execution with subcontractors and consultants.
Supervised construction and maintenance works, supported setting out and site measurements, tracked materials and workforce productivity, and conducted quality and safety checks.
